New Megaliths

I've just had an idea regarding several new Megaliths that could be implemented (some new models would
be needed as well). This also ties with the idea of unique research, only possible after certain Megaliths are
captured.
And here's another twist - you can keep the Megalith and enjoy the technology and whatever bonus it
provides or you can destroy it, thus loosing the bonus but also making sure no one else will have a chance
to research that technology

Example:

Cosmic Array - greatly increase sensor range - researchable technology: improved sensor, able to detect
enemies hidden in dust clouds or by distortion probe.

That sounds like a good idea. The capturer of the megalith gets the tech boost, denying it to any other player in the process.
