EMP mines for both races •••••(complete) assasing123

A very simple task. Just make the mines deployed by the Light Shuttle/Guardian have an EMP effect.
Suggesting task for team members or interns who are inexperienced with the game's structure under the hood. Completing simple tasks such as this will give you further insight into the inner workings.

Set EMP effects so that a Destroyer gets disabled by 3 hits.(for starters)

What about time increase that ship stays disabled?

Ship disabled time ought to be long enough to capture the vessel if a capture-capable ship is nearby.
